One way I stay in top kitty shape is by doing yoga. It's quite easy. You just do a little stretching. I recommend the pose I'm doing below.
This is a great way to stretch out your muscles. I recommend doing a little yoga once a week. I recommend doing it on Sunday because it's the day after Caturday. You gotta work off all those tunatinis from the night before.
So do a little kitty yoga. You won't regret it.
