A Review of One of My Favorite Books

Yes, yes, I have a favorite book.  I mean I have a many, but this post is about one book.Also, it's no surprise that all my favorite books are about cats because what's a book without cats in it.

The book is called "How to Tell If Your Cat Is Plotting to Kill You" by The Oatmeal. You might of heard of The Oatmeal. He's the guy that illustrates really funny comics (like the one below).

Okay, now back to the review. This Book is absolutely hilarious. Even the human enjoyed reading it. Also, when the human got the book it came with a free poster. I made the human hang it up on the wall because it's funny and cool.

Now, the book is not like your boring romantic sci-fi adventure book. It provides humor and interesting comic like illustrations.

The Cat Interview

Tne human tried to interview me. These are the results. 

Human: Hi, Dexter! So, how it's going?

Dexter: Lady. How long will this interview be? I got places to be and things to see. 

Human: Not very long. 

Dexter: Good. *impersonating Grumpy cat's face*

Human: What's your favorite thing to do?

Dexter: Easy. Sleeping. 

Human: That's it?

Dexter: Looking out the window. 

Human: What do you like looking at?

Dexter: Squirrels, lizards, and birds. The usual things. 

Human: Interesting. What's your favorite fish!

Dexter: Is that even a question? Tuna of course! 

Human: Ah, okay. 

Dexter: Are we done yet?

Human: Not quite. 

Dexter: ..........

Human: Next, question. Wait, where are you going?

*Dexter walking out of the room*

Dexter: I smell tuna!

Human: Well, then....

Thinking about cat stuff.

Wednesday Loaf

Just loafing around on this Wednesday. I probably look fat, but it's just fluff. I'm a fluffy loaf! So, uh, happy Wednesday!

Daily Shenanigans

I'm the type of cat who hates to sit still and sleep all day. I mean I like to sleep, but not over the top like some other cats. My human notices that I like to get into some shenanigans. You could probably make a book about all things I've done, but we're going to opt for blog posts instead. So, here comes some daily shenanigans

Today, I stole my human's pen that she left on her desk. I couldn't resist this shiny piece of whatever it was made out of. It caught my eye, so I went in for the kill. The human wasn't in the room and that left the perfect opportunity to strike. I pounced up onto the desk and knocked off the desk. I rolled it under the bed, so she couldn't find it. I didn't like that idea and moved out from under the bed. I decided to swat at it and play around with it.

My human walked in right as was getting into playing with this shiny stick thing. She picked up and proceeded to put it away. I was devastated.

After a couple of minutes, I decided to move on to my next target. I walked around the apartment while looking at all things I could play with. I paced back and forth a little, and then I found it. It was just laying there. You know what it was? A plastic bag! These things are so much to play with and I decided to go for it. I can't pass up this opportunity. I darted right at it, and started to crumple it up and sniff at it. I thought I could get away with it because the human was somewhere else. I played with it for a couple of minutes until the human heard the noise and found me playing with the bag. I quickly ran away, so she couldn't take a picture.

It's still early in the day which means I'm bound to get into more shenanigans as the day goes on. I'm sure the human will try to keep up with all this.

(P.S. She couldn't get a picture of me doing any of this due to my super speed.)
